Job Description

As a Member Consultant , you will play a key role in providing exceptional support by warmly greeting and assisting members, handling enquiries across various communication channels, and ensuring a seamless experience. Your strong organisational skills will enable you to efficiently schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain an orderly and welcoming environment. With a deep understanding of LeavePlus’ offerings, you will provide accurate information, resolve member queries promptly, and contribute to enhancing member satisfaction. This is a newly created role servicing our new Member Concierge Centre due to open in February, this role requires someone in the office 5 days a week. Your responsibilities will include: Be the first point of contact for members, visitors, and vendors, delivering professional and welcoming service. Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses. Develop a strong understanding of LeavePlus’ internal processes to provide accurate advice and first-contact resolution. Handle member feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all interactions. Maintain the Member Centre and training rooms, ensuring spaces are clean, organised, and set up for meetings or events. Support event and training bookings, including arranging catering and managing room requirements. Manage visitor and contractor sign-in requirements and coordinate their needs. Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Perform a range of administrative duties to support the team, adapting to business needs as required. Maintain a tidy and organised front-of-house and meeting room environment Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in a Reception, Administration, or Customer Service role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite . Ability to interpret and apply complex information in an operational setting. Strong time management, planning, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work autonomously and make independent decisions. Passion for continuous improvement and business efficiency. Strong comprehension of LeavePlus' policies, processes, and operational systems, or the ability to learn quickly.
