The opportunity: Member Support Consultants (MSC's) at our Edward Street club play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. MSC's are the first point of contact for prospective members and are responsible for achieving membership growth and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Contribute to club sales budget through promotions and referral campaigns. Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach. Achieve required lead contacts via telephone. Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members. Create positive member journeys through personalized interactions. Achieve successful outcomes for member enquiries. Open and close the club as per the club roster. Participate in member retention programs. Make regular service calls to new and existing members. About you: Current First Aid & CPR certificates. Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication abilities. Drive to achieve individual and team goals. Customer-focused with a commitment to exceptional outcomes. What we can offer you: An hourly rate of $30.13 (inclusive of casual loading).
