Membership Consultant - Anytime Fitness Randwick We are seeking an experienced fitness salesperson to join our well-established team as an Membership Consultant for our Anytime Fitness Randwick Club! You will possess strong customer service and communication skills, high self-confidence, and have a can-do positive attitude with a strong internal drive to sell and achieve monthly sales goals and targets. Key responsibilities: New memberships – manage and achieve every step of the sales process to grow the club member base. Assist in all operations within your club. Work closely with your Club Manager & Regional Manager to achieve the club's daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Servicing potential and new members. Achieving sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Promotion of the club within the local community. Driving marketing and advertising campaigns. Create a fun, friendly, and focused club environment where staff love to work and members love to work out! Posting to social media (training provided if needed). Successful candidates will need: Previous sales experience, not necessarily in the fitness industry. Experience in direct sales and customer service. Self-motivation, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally. Proactive – offer opinions, feedback, and new ideas in partnership with the management. Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others. Experience/Knowledge/Qualification: Certificate III or IV (Desirable but not essential). First Aid/CPR certificate. Working with Children. Police Check Certificate. Please note: Flexible hours and Saturday shifts are required for this role.
