As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Membership Sales Executive to drive new memberships and expand our network. If you’re a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and working with senior executives, we’d love to hear from you! The Role As a Membership Sales Executive , you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting senior Health and Safety executives and organisations into members of our exclusive network. You’ll play a key role in expanding our membership base, ensuring members see the value of our offering, and contributing to the success of our industry-leading events. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage potential members (C-level executives, and senior HSE leaders). Effectively communicate the benefits of membership and tailor solutions to meet the needs of each prospect. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to closing deals. Work towards achieving individual and team membership sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to maximise engagement and retention. Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to tailor your sales approach. What We’re Looking For Proven track record in B2B sales, membership sales, or executive networking. Experience selling to senior executives and decision-makers is highly desirable. Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close deals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing team. Passion for networking, events, and professional communities.
