Membership Sales and Front of House role - Dominance MMA Abbotsford Victoria, Australia We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised person with a passion for health, fitness, and martial arts to join our team in Abbotsford. MEMBERSHIP SALES & FRONT OF HOUSE - Dominance MMA Abbotsford. This role requires strong admin skills and customer service experience as well as a high level of attention to detail. Sales experience preferred. We'd love to see candidates who have trained in martial arts themselves, but this is not a requirement. The role requires working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, so we'll be looking for evidence that you are self-motivated and a problem solver and capable of prioritising your tasks to get them done as efficiently as possible. You will be the face of the gym, helping new students navigate the start of their martial arts journey and existing students with any support they need. The right candidate will enjoy the social and community-building aspects of the role and be able to balance engaging with members with the administrative and sales side of the role seamlessly. ABOUT DOMINANCE Dominance MMA is one of Melbourne's premier mixed martial arts gyms focusing on Muay Thai, BJJ, MMA, and wrestling for kids, teens, and adults. We pride ourselves on having a positive culture and tight-knit community creating an inclusive place for people to pursue their passion in martial arts, whether this is as a recreational student, pro fighter, coach, or staff member. JOB DETAILS Casual role paying $30.13/hour Monday - Friday and $31.33/hour Saturday, Sunday and public holidays with room to move to part-time in the future for the right candidate. Current roster - 3:30pm to 9:45pm Monday to Thursday. 5:30pm to 8:30pm Friday. If you are interested in a front-of-house role with us, but are only available for morning (6:30am-9:30am Monday to Friday) or lunchtime (11am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday) shifts, please still get in touch, but make sure to specify this on your application. This role includes everything from membership sales and retention, administration support, customer service, cleaning, stock control, and daily gym management support.
