About the Role As Memberships and AML Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the critical administrative functions of the Member Support team for Queensland Country Bank, including Memberships, Deceased Estate Management, Dormant and Unclaimed Monies, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML). Additionally, you will provide expert guidance to internal teams, act as an escalation point for complex matters, and drive process enhancements to improve member experiences and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, 12 month contract position based on a 38-hour working week. The role can be located in either our Townsville Head Office or Brisbane Admin Office. About You Demonstrated experience managing medium to large administration teams. Sound knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail. Strong decision making especially when information is incomplete or ambiguous. Ability to interpret and appropriately apply legislation and policy, with understanding of AML/CTF legislation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of, or experience with, transaction monitoring applications (e.g. Napier) (desired). Ability to understand and effectively implement the AML Compliance Program (desired).
