About us:The Community Forensic Outreach Service (CFOS), based in Brisbane (within Metro North Mental Health (MNMH) and part of the Queensland Forensic Mental Health Service (QFMHS), plays a key role alongside other forensic program areas, local mental health services, and the criminal justice system in assisting in the facilitation of continuity of care and the assessment and management of risk issues, as well as treatment and intervention for problematic behaviours.About the role:The Senior Forensic Mental Health Clinician, Community Forensic Outreach Service (CFOS) provides advanced clinical expertise for the treatment of consumers whose behaviours are causing harm or putting themselves or others at risk of harm through a risk-focussed consultation-liaison community forensic services model, with the focus on capacity building of other general mental health staff and Hospital and Health Services (HHS) treating teams.About you:Hold qualifications and registration with the appropriate registration authority to practice in any of the following: Occupational Therapy Psychology Social Work Nursing What we offer:Total remuneration value of up to $164,212 is comprised of: An hourly rate between $66.85 - $72.58 p.h. 12.75% employer superannuation contribution 17.5% leave loading Additional Benefits: Ongoing Professional Development and Education Opportunities Flexible Work-Life Balance and Variety Generous Salary Sacrificing Options Paid Parental Leave Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Discounted Private Health Insurance Fitness Passport Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) requirements:It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against vaccine preventable diseases as listed on the Role Description.How to apply:To apply, please submit the following: Your current CV or resume, including referees.
