As a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide care through the Stepped Care Model, offering assessment, treatment, and case coordination for clients at varying levels of complexity. Support clients facing complex challenges, such as substance abuse, and work in close collaboration with other health professionals. Community Engagement: Travel to rural and remote communities to deliver in-person and telehealth services. Foster trust and build meaningful relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local communities to ensure positive outcomes. Service Delivery: Offer flexible, client-focused services tailored to the severity and complexity of individual needs. Contribute to an integrated care approach, providing holistic support that includes clinical care coordination. Respond promptly to referrals, ensuring clients are seen within two weeks. Policy & Practice Development: Uphold organizational standards, maintaining a strong commitment to professionalism and cultural competence. Engage in continuous innovation to improve the quality of mental health services. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with funding agreements. Skills & Requirements * Relevant qualifications in psychology, social work, occupational therapy with appropriate registration/accreditation. (AHPRA OR AASW)* Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality mental health services, including assessment, prevention, treatment, and intervention.* Strong communication skills to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.* A current C-class driver's license and willingness to travel across rural and remote areas.* Current Blue and Yellow Cards (or NDIS Worker Screening) or eligibility to obtain them.
