If you are a Psychologist or a Senior Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, apply today.What You’ll Do Conduct intake assessments and develop tailored intervention plans in collaboration with clients and families. Provide personal counselling/therapy sessions with clients, building meaningful connections. Advocate for clients and coordinate with other clinicians and stakeholders to enhance well-being. Monitor and manage clients’ mental health in collaboration with health professionals. Participate in clinical meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to grow your expertise. About You Current AHPRA registration (Psychologists) or AASW registration and Mental Health accreditation (Social Workers). Proven experience in mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions. Proven experience in providing individual counselling/therapy is mandatory for this role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders. Passion for making a difference in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment. Effective time management and organizational skills to meet program KPIs. Eligible to obtain a Medicare Provider number.
