Your role We are looking for an experienced and passionate Mental Health Recovery Worker!We offer people affected by mental illness out of hours support, providing a person-centred, holistic approach. We take a strength-based focus, emphasizing assets, independence, recovery, and social inclusion with a no wrong door approach.The service provides out of hours mental health support to people over the age of 18 who live and have a registered GP in Dudley.You will work with the following people and teams Service Users Bank Support Workers / Support Workers Volunteers Service Manager Local services Working across a 2-week rota pattern, the service is open 7 days a week. Monday - Friday 6pm-11pmSaturday & Sunday 12 noon-11pm We reserve the right to close this advertisement early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications.
