As the Menu Operations Manager , you will be leading operational menu creation as well as long-term strategic menu planning, ensuring that our customers consistently enjoy a diverse and appealing menu. The role is a great blend of product development, supply chain planning and project management. You will… Plan our weekly menus, optimising for variety and pre & post mouth customer metrics - selecting the best meals to send to our customers. Work with Procurement to optimise based on ingredient availability and cost; planning to manage operational capacity constraints and product in line with the Product Roadmap. Create weekly product development briefings in line with Product Roadmap initiatives as well as to close variety gaps within the existing product database. Own our digital menu, being responsible for weekly product and menu creation and optimisation - working closely with Product Marketing and Growth on innovating our menu representation. Work on special projects impacting our menus - such as optimising customer selections, offering new product types, etc. Be responsible for our long term menu strategy - optimising variety, improving customer retention and satisfaction. Track, analyse and report on menu related KPIs - ensuring continuous performance improvement. You have… 3+ years working experience in supply chain, product planning, project management or a similar field. Strong up and downward management skills with clear communication. Quantitative and analytical experience, including solid comfort with Excel. You are… Skilled at influencing and aligning diverse stakeholders, motivating teams to excel in both long-term projects and daily operations. Hands-on and action-oriented, ready to dive into workstreams and ensure successful outcomes. Proactive, ambitious, and assertive, taking full ownership of your work and driving results.
