Job Description

Location: Merimbula is a seaside town on the Sapphire Coast in NSW. This clinic is situated amongst the retail district in a complex co-located with Allied Health, Radiology and Pathology. Merimbula has a location classification of DPA and MM4. It is classified as an Outer Regional Area which can reduce your moratorium by up to 3 years. It is an equal distance from Sydney and Melbourne, surrounded by beautiful beaches and national parks. Working in a regional location such as Merimbula will allow you access to Workforce Incentives, significantly increasing earning potential. Practice information: A mixed billing, GP owned and operated practice that would benefit greatly from a General Practitioner with a women’s health interest joining the team. Shared antenatal care is already provided. The clinic has a homely feel and consultation rooms are spacious with windows for natural light. It is well-equipped for procedural work, offering skin cancer removal and minor surgeries. Nursing support is provided full-time. Your clinical interests will be supported and accommodated for. Work-life balance is encouraged. The clinic operates from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and rosters can be flexible to suit your preferred schedule. You’ll join a team of three experienced GPs who have varied clinical interests. General Practitioners of all registration levels are encouraged to enquire.
