Direct message the job poster from Decant Agency Agency Owner / Ecom & Hospitality Digital Marketing Specialist We're a growing Burleigh Heads digital marketing agency hunting for another experienced Paid Media Specialist (Meta/Google Ads Specialist) to join our team , building, testing, and consistently improving Google and Meta ads for our diverse client list. Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads or Pinterest Ads is a bonus but is not essential. You will design offers + new campaign concepts, build campaigns/audiences/copy and tests and assist with ad + shoot creative brief writing. You are confident in your English writing ability, can proofread your own work, can write from different brand tones and can work from a supplied, thorough, brief. You will contribute your portion of results to monthly client reports and will assist with fortnightly client performance calls. You will deal directly with the business owners we advertise for and are comfortable taking the wheel and educating clients on the paid ads learning + testing process, to keep them in the loop. You will always be supported by our Director, and have the rest of the paid ads team at your disposal to share notes, workshop campaign ideas and troubleshoot alongside. We do not mind how or where you learned to master social paid ads, hell, some of the best advertisers are self taught off YouTube, but your skill will be tested to make sure you have the knowledge and adaptability that we need. If you are after fewer hours than 5 days per week, we can also accommodate this. The role boasts the flexibility of 2 days WFH per week and a 7min drive-from-the-beach location. The days you work, and hours within which you work, are up for negotiation. Aside from important meetings or client calls, we value our team's autonomy over their own working week. Our office is also dog friendly, if you have a well-behaved pooch or just enjoy the company of one of our team’s 2 furry offsiders. Our team also enjoy a paid Duvet Day (half day off) for their birthday, and a monthly team outing to the tune of rock climbing, kayaking, pottery and cocktail classes. Who are our brands? We keep our client list fun and fresh, which makes your job as a content specialist an endlessly creative one. We don’t use cringy buzzwords and we won’t ever ask to “circle back” to a great collaborative suggestion, but we will make you list your goals for the month publicly and we will make you vote on the group activity of the month.
