Talent Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia Microsoft 365 Specialist Our federal government client requires a Microsoft 365 Specialist to implement a scalable, repeatable, secure, and functional Microsoft 365 environment within the Azure commercial cloud, supporting the agency's resiliency goals and objectives. Duties and Responsibilities Configuring and management of Exchange Online (EXO) mail services and anti-spam features. Experience in creating, configuring and managing SharePoint Online (SPO) document libraries, sites and collaboration tools. Understanding TEAMS configuration, calling plans, integration and governance. Provide OneDrive for business support in managing storage, sharing policy and backup of user data. Support Power Platform with experience of low-code tools to automate processes and analyse data. Understanding of EntraID, including strong understanding of configuring user groups and roles. Implementing secure sign on solutions, with experience in authentication. Configuring security policy to control how users control Microsoft applications through Conditional Access policy. Implementing Microsoft Information Protection for sensitivity labels to other classifications and encryption strategies. Familiarity with Graph API to access and manipulate M365 data. Understanding the various M365 subscription plans, licensing options and cost management. Skills to optimise cost relating to M365 services and resources. Desirable Technical Skills Extensive experience in M365 services, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platforms, Microsoft Teams. Strong experience in Power Automate, Power Apps and Virtual agents. Proactive approach to identifying and troubleshooting issues. Proven experience implementing technical design solutions across M365, Exchange, SharePoint Online. Microsoft defender experience for configuring security tools such as Microsoft Defender for 365.
