Job Title – Microsoft Copilot Support Engineer Location - Perth Job Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Microsoft Copilot, assisting users with implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth deployment and functionality. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Copilot and other Microsoft 365 applications. Document support cases, resolutions, and technical guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of overall IT experience, preferably in Microsoft 365 solutions. At least 6-12 months experience in Co-pilot and related AI tools. Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and related AI tools. Project, implementation experience preferred. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
