Job Description Position Summary The Microsoft SOE Architect role with A23 is a permanent full-time position in our growing company. This is a new position with A23 to lead SOE, Intune and SCCM engagements for new and existing customers and to build this capability within our Modern Workplace practice. The successful candidate will have a strong background in delivering Microsoft end-user computing solutions focused on Intune and SCCM and a desire to take their career to the next level. We are looking for someone with a breadth of experience across Microsoft solutions, with a focus on cloud technologies. With the support of the team at A23, this role will be expected to provide subject matter expertise in SOE deployment and development, will need to both work independently and manage small engagements and project teams. Role responsibilities Provide technical leadership, subject matter expertise across A23 engagements and projects Windows SOE development, Intune, SCCM and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. Provide technical leadership to other staff in SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365 and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. Contribute to the development of proposals, pre-sales and other activities within A23 where required. Maintain relevant professional certifications in relevant Microsoft and relevant vendor technologies. Offer architectural and technical guidance on new and existing Microsoft end user device technologies and platforms. Contribute to the progression of the A23 strategy through participation in individual, Practice and A23 objectives. Positive contribution to the A23 culture, underpinned by behaviour aligned with the A23 Values. Professional conduct and leadership of oneself to contribute to enhancing the reputation of A23. Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications and Requirements Australian Government Security Clearance Level Negative Vetting (NV1) or ability to obtain. Tertiary qualifications in a related field OR relevant work experience in similar roles. At least 5 years’ experience in Microsoft technologies, including Intune, SCCM, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft 365 cloud technologies including Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID. Demonstrated practical experience in the design, development, and support of Windows SOE solutions. Experience working with other Microsoft 365 cloud technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Adherence to A23 Policy Handbook and business procedures relevant to role. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve problems quickly and independently. A strong focus on end user experience and customer service. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain relevant professional certifications in vendor products and solutions applicable to one or many ICT domains or practices.
