Fast-track your career with expert mentorship and cutting edge work. 20th February, 2025 Our client is a leading global law firm who are seeking a Mid Level Solicitor or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Projects, Energy, and Infrastructure team in Brisbane.This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects across Queensland and Australia, advising both public and private sector clients on complex infrastructure transactions, procurement, and project structuring.As one of the world’s leading law firms, they advise some of the largest and most ambitious organisations globally. With a strong presence across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, they provide premium, full-service legal advice across a diverse range of industries.The Opportunity Join a market-leading national team and collaborate with experienced partners and lawyers on some of the most significant infrastructure projects in Australia. You will be working on complex, high-value transactions across multiple sectors, including: Transport (roads, rail, ports, and airports) Energy (renewables and traditional energy infrastructure) Water, health, education, telecommunications, forestry, and real estate Your day to day will include: Advising government and private sector clients on major infrastructure projects, asset transactions, and procurements Supporting project structuring, risk assessments, and business case development Assisting in strategic procurement, including tender processes and bid structuring Drafting and negotiating project agreements, including construction, equity, and operations contracts Advising on government asset privatisations, restructures, and transactions Ideally you will have: Experience in infrastructure project delivery, procurement, and asset transactions (private practice or in-house) Strong legal, analytical, and commercial skills with a practical, problem-solving mindset Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex legal matters Proactive, collaborative, and keen to develop within a leading team Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, both independently and within a team For further information, please contact Rosie Allen on +61 479 085 447 , or email your CV and academic transcripts to . #J-18808-Ljbffr
