About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in front-end development using React, along with hands-on expertise in AWS and Python. A background in the financial industry is essential, as you'll be working on projects that directly impact our financial services and products. With 3-5 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge solutions and grow within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive, user-centric front-end applications using React . Design, implement, and optimize backend services and microservices with Python , ensuring robust performance. Leverage AWS cloud services for scalable and secure application deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive financial innovation. Contribute to the overall architecture and integration of financial systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards. Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of our software development practices. Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant experience in full stack development. Proven experience in React development and front-end design. Hands-on experience with Python for backend development. Solid understanding of AWS cloud services. Prior experience in the financial industry is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.
