Their average project size ranges from $2-5 million. They are proud to have a team that values quick advancement, and a work-hard-play-hard mentality, with many of their employees being with the firm for 7–15 years, contributing to a fun, supportive, and non-micromanaged environment. With an annual revenue of $100 Million, they are aiming to double in size over the coming years. Your new role You will be joining an established team including the Director of Pre-construction alongside an Estimator and Estimating Coordinator, responsible for leading bids ranging up to $5 Million.
