Work for a leading brand name in the mining industry Leadership Position Flagship QLD Mine The Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available for a Mine Planning Superintendent to join a leading player in the coal mining industry. In this role, you will oversee a small team of short and long term mine planners to play a pivotal role in shaping the future operations for the company. The ideal candidate will be based in Mackay or somewhere surrounding and will DIDO to site on a Monday to Friday roster. This position offers a long project lifecycle, generous remuneration and excellent career growth within a supportive team. About You: Bachelor in Mining Engineering or equivalent. Experience as a Mine Planning Superintendent or equivalent. Experience in open cut coal is favourable. Knowledge of Spry and Vulcan is favourable. Excellent leadership skills. Open Australian driver's license. Based in Mackay or surrounding areas.
