About the Team Our engineering team is passionate about building scalable, high-performance mobile applications. Whether it's developing clean, efficient code, enhancing our mobile platforms, or shaping the overall architecture, we work closely with our Product and Design teams to craft seamless user experiences. What You’ll Do Lead the development and maintenance of our native Android and iOS applications. Drive the creation of new features that enhance user engagement and provide value to our customers. Manage and mentor a team of mobile engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning. Define and implement best practices for mobile development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with product managers to align mobile app development with business goals and priorities. Work closely with the broader engineering team to ensure seamless integration and high-quality code standards. Oversee hiring, training, and career development for the mobile engineering team. Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and frameworks to keep our technology cutting-edge. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in mobile app development for iOS and/or Android. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring engineers. Expertise in mobile development frameworks, tools, and languages, such as Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, and Jetpack Compose. Experience working with REST APIs and integrating backend services.
