Your New Role with Aerison: We are seeking a talented, highly motivated and organised team member to join our Mobilisation Department, based in our Perth corporate office. This is a three-month fixed term FTE role, with potential extension. Each day will be different depending on site activities; however, your core responsibilities will include: Coordinate and manage all aspects of employee mobilisation, including travel, accommodation, inductions, and compliance with site requirements, to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment. Updating manning schedules and drafting rosters. Recording timesheets. Completing consumables stock takes, orders and maintaining cost control. Ensure compliance within Rapid Crews and Client CRM Portals. Raising Purchase Orders, seeking approvals for invoicing and job orders. Co-ordination of cyclical qualification training/ DAS/ medical reviews etc. Assist in preparing (or preparation of data for) detailed forecasting, and analysis reporting.
