Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Relationship Director to win new client relationships and maintain existing ones. Your contributions are vital to ensuring exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to fulfill our client's mortgage advice requirements through a seamless home loan settlement process. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Support: Collaborate with the Relationship Director to identify and strategize for potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and key stakeholders. Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and requests professionally. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Business Development: Conduct research and market analysis to uncover new business opportunities. Develop and maintain referral relationships to generate high-quality leads. Assist in creating marketing campaigns and initiatives to boost brand awareness. Collaborate on tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Support ongoing relationship management and portfolio monitoring. Ensure client's home loan needs are met by collaborating with internal and external parties. Facilitate fast approvals by managing the loan application process effectively. Provide personalized mortgage solutions and property investment advice. Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders: Work with Mortgage Advisors, Buyer Advocates, and Property Wealth Consultants to fulfill client needs. Coordinate the home loan settlement process, ensuring all documentation and procedures are in place. Serve as a liaison to resolve issues during the settlement process. Partner with the Relationship Director and team members to achieve shared goals. Offer support and guidance to colleagues, fostering a collaborative team culture. Key Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in mortgage brokerage, personal lending, or relationship management. Proven excellence in customer service and managing client relationships. Strong understanding of mortgage products, property investment strategies, and industry practices. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and credibility. Team-Oriented Individual: Collaborative approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Thrives in a supportive team environment and fosters teamwork and cooperation.
