This is a full-time Mortgage Broker Assistant role located in Box Hill, VIC. The Mortgage Broker Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the broker, communicating with clients, handling mortgage documents, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Qualifications Experienced assistant is preferable in the mortgage industry as a broker assistant. Communication and customer service skills Administrative assistance abilities & effective organizational skills Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work as a team member. Excellent attention to detail and high responsibility. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must.
