As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in training, mentoring, and empowering mortgage brokers to educate their clients on life risks and provide tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify, train, and coach mortgage brokers on educating clients about life risks. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with brokers and stakeholders. Provide tailored solutions based on brokers' and clients' needs. Implement proactive sales strategies to drive broker success and network growth. Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor within the mortgage broker network. Successful Candidates Will Have High motivation, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proven experience in training, mentoring, and motivating others to achieve their goals. Strong listening skills to understand clients' and brokers' needs effectively. Exceptional relationship-building skills and a dynamic, proactive sales approach. Passion for helping Australian home and property buyers safeguard against financial hardship. A full NSW Drivers License, and full access to a personal vehicle.
