Our dedicated team prides itself on providing guests a superior, positive experience when they stay with us. We are a 40 room motel, with on-site restaurant and pool facilities. The role Our housekeeping team is responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest accommodation. You will be responsible for carrying out key daily tasks in the Housekeeping Department and most importantly delivering a high level of customer service. Duties include but are not limited to: Full cleaning for vacated rooms, including: changing of bedding, towels and bathroom linens, vacuuming, mopping, deep bathroom cleaning, removal of waste, kitchenette including top up and refreshment of mini bar, and all spot cleans required; Mid-stay spot cleaning, refreshment of bedding and bathroom linens, removal of waste, top up and refreshment of mini bar Regular deep cleaning of other items such as couches, curtains, walls etc Cleaning of common areas such as reception, pool areas. Washing and folding of linen items as required Bringing to the attention of management any issues found during the cleaning process for immediate action The role is for a casual position within our motel. We anticipate typical weekly hours between 10-25 per week, subject to availability. Remuneration is per the award. What do you need for this role?
