About the role As a Business Initiative Consultant, you will collaborate with business owners, subject-matter experts, and key stakeholders to identify process gaps, implement impactful initiatives, and support continuous change. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying business problems and leading efforts to create effective, sustainable solutions. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement. Lead and contribute to activities that support the development and implementation of innovative business solutions. Advocate for continuous improvement and support the delivery of excellence through human-centred design and Lean Six Sigma principles. Drive change and help build capabilities within the team to support future growth and efficiency. About you This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is an advocate for continuous improvement. You'll help deliver process excellence and will actively contribute to building lasting capabilities within the division. Experience in being involved in projects and change initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling the development of solid stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organisation. Experience in the Insurance industry with a high level of business understanding. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and building key relationships. Proven ability to deliver effective change management. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and lateral thinking abilities. Ability to analyse and interpret complex information, including numerical and statistical data. Experience using Project Management tools and methodologies, including risk and issue management. Significant experience in process improvement and problem-solving within a large, complex organisation, and the ability to deliver detailed business requirements. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and a background in process identification and improvement. Why join RACQ?
