This position will see you provide delivery of superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate and negotiate assigned cases. Your new role Management of lodgments and repairs for Motorcycle Claims utilising multiple claims systems and processes Maintaining positive stakeholder relationships with the insured, agents and service providers Interpreting basic policy coverage and determining if coverage applies to claims submitted Receiving, recording and processing incoming insurance claims Authorizing payment within scope of authority, settling claims in the most cost-effective manner and ensuring timely issuance of disbursements Identifying suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims and arranging investigations. About you Experience in a similar role within Motorcycle Claims will be highly advantageous An individual who has mechanical or technical bike knowledge will be highly regarded Highly developed customer service, communication and negotiating skills An individual who is tech savvy and a quick learner Strong organizational and time management skills While not essential, a motorcycle enthusiast would be advantageous!
