up to 38 Hours per week Location: Casey City Pay rate + penalty rates, overtime, and allowances + superannuation About the Role As a Mowing team member, you will be responsible for roadside slashing and mowing on VIC Roads and Service Stream contracts. This is a seasonal role, dependent on contract requirements, where you will operate a Front Deck John Deere 72-inch mower. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work. Hourly rates are above the award and will be based on experience. Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment. Ensure lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard. Assist with other groundskeeping tasks as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures. Benefits Competitive hourly rate. About You Must be able to operate ride on mower - machine will be a John Deere Outfront Previous experience working roadsides or on a large scale mowing contract essential Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Traffic Management ticket advantage but not essential - successful applicant will be booked into relevant traffic management course at company cost. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Valid Drivers License White Card Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
