$100k + with $40k Performance Bonus Structure Morr Homes & Projects is a residential builder specialising in quality multi-dwelling projects and custom homes in the Greater Port Macquarie region. We are a reputable building company with a focus on delivering the highest level of service to fulfill our clients’ goals. Due to increased growth, we are looking for experienced staff to join our team. About the Role As a Supervisor reporting to the Construction Manager, you will: Be the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors. Manage multiple job sites and be responsible for the overall execution and quality of finished homes. Source and schedule trades and supplies. Ensure compliance with WHS policies on the job site. Ensure homes are completed on time and within the allocated budget. About You Min 5 years’ experience within a similar role. A network of trades and service providers for reference. Considerable knowledge of the methods, practices, tools, materials, and work standards related to construction. Ability to identify defects/problems and proactively resolve issues. Excellent time management and organization skills. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite. What’s on Offer Accessible bonus structure. Car + Phone + Laptop.
