Job Description The Multi Site Manager is responsible for both the Boutique and David Jones teams, running the day-to-day operations and guiding an engaged team of stylists. With a clear focus on driving sales, client experiences, stock control, and supporting their team members, this role is pivotal to the success of the cluster. Building connections with the David Jones teams along with supporting the greater V&W team through feedback and insights to our key location in a leading shopping precinct. The role entails (but is not limited to): Stock management - accepting deliveries, managing stocktakes, and cycle counts Team recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing feedback Clienteling - working through building client lists, ongoing development, and support of our VIP list Rostering Driving day-to-day operations Supporting the Victorian Area Manager as required Desired Skills and Experience Prior management experience is essential - min 3 years Clienteling experience - building and managing client lists and appointments Prior Australian Designer experience is preferred but not essential Stock integrity AP21 knowledge is preferred but not essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
