The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Drive a culture of accountability and ownership across multiple sites. Ensure operational efficiency and customer service across multiple sites. Develop and Train staff to be highly independent and knowledgeable in the Merlo Way. Ensure quality product is being delivered to customers at all times. Succession plan and recruit to ensure operational efficiency across all sites. Performance Management of all staff to ensure adherence to employment contracts and the Merlo Way. Wage and Revenue Management of all sites. REQUIREMENTS To be successful in this exciting role, you will have: Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly. Strong cultural awareness of the business and its direction. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Passion for customer service and quality product. Financial acumen is desirable but not essential.
