We are seeking talented multi-skill operators to join our Blackwater team on a full-time permanent basis. About the Role: Our Blackwater fleet is comprised of the following: Komatsu 930E, Caterpillar 793’s & 789C’s, CAT D10, CAT D11, Fusion Dozers, CAT 16M & 18M graders. About You: As a Multi Skill operator you will possess a combination of the following skills: Working at BUMA: Third year EA rates + increased market allowances + super Annualised weekly pay Camp accommodation or LAFHA (Living Away from Home Allowance) available. 7/7 roster, working hours are 12.5hrs per day Company provided bus from Rockhampton or Emerald Career progression opportunities through a number of training and mentoring programs such as trainer and assessor course.
