Join the Brightwater Relief Pool - Guaranteed Hours and Flexible Opportunities! Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Care Worker looking for a rewarding role with guaranteed hours? Brightwater has several exciting opportunities for you to join our Centralised Staff Relief Pool! You'll cover planned leave for our aged care employees across multiple residential facilities on a permanent basis. Guaranteed Hours : The more days you're available, the more hours we can offer, with permanent part-time contracts up to 60 hours per fortnight. Diverse Locations: Choose from our North Region (Madeley, Kingsley and Joondalup), Central Region (Subiaco, Redcliffe, Inglewood and Innaloo), or South Region (Mandurah and Waikiki). Staff Benefits Program: Access to discounts with over 370 retailers. Eligibility Requirements: Available a minimum of 3 weekdays (Monday to Friday) each week. Available for at least 2 different shift types (Morning and Afternoon) on those days. Willing to work at each facility within your chosen region. Responsibilities: Deliver quality care and support to clients in a home environment. Ensure holistic needs of clients are met according to their Care Plan. Contribute to site reporting, accreditation standards, and legislative compliance by completing all documentation and reporting incidents. What You Need: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with diverse backgrounds. Two years of aged-care experience. An empathetic, compassionate nature with a client-focused approach. Ability to prioritize workload safely and efficiently. Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability (or equivalent). Satisfactory National Police Clearance (less than one year old). Evidence of NDIS Worker Screening Check. Up-to-date vaccinations. Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week with two shift types each day.
