Salary Range: competitive / dependent on level & experience More Information About Us: At BE Swim Coaching, we offer multiple venues and programs at the Pimpama Sports Hub, Gold Coast Aquatic Centre & the newly renovated Palm Beach Aquatic Centre. Our BESC Swim Squad program caters for young swimmers in mini squads through to Elite athletes representing their country on National Teams. We also cater for surf lifesaving & Adult fitness with dedicated squads specific for those requirements. The Roles: We currently have multiple positions available across our venues. Staff are responsible for the delivery, development and growth of the programs & venue swim club. See our venues here – beswimcoaching.com About You: You are an experienced swim coach with a love of working with children. You have a friendly and positive personality. You are a team player and communicate well with parents, children and colleagues. You are professional, lead by example and strive to help children achieve their goals. You are passionate about swimming. Qualification Requirements: Current SWIM Australia or Swimming Australia accreditation Current first aid certificate Current CPR certificate Current Blue Card Coaching hours & salaries will vary depending on the position & Coach experience.
