Due to new long-term projects, we are seeking multiple experienced Civil Plant & Machinery Operators to join our team in 2025. This combination of Full-Time & Casual positions will see you operating a range of heavy machinery and equipment on major civil construction and mining projects across Northwest NSW. POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE START Scraper 627K's Operator Moxy 745’s Operators Excavator 30-50ton GPS Operator Rigid Water Cart Operators Grader 150 GPS/UTS Operators ROSTERS & LOCATIONS - Day Roster: 5/2 and 7/7 depending on contract needs and skill set- Location: Gunnedah NSW and surrounding area Experience (2+ years) in the Civil Industry operating plant and machinery in Civil Road Construction, Civil and Mining Construction, Bulk Earthworks, Rehabilitation Earthworks, Rail Construction, Detailed Earthworks Relevant RII tickets and current Driver's License Ability to Pass an Order 43 Coal Board Medical and/or Category 3 Rail Medical Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic maintenance and repairs Excellent communication and teamwork skills both written & verbal Ability to work competently in a safe and timely manner Ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team Commitment to safety and environmental best practices Willingness to travel and work on a range of projects in different locations if required. Own accommodation is highly desirable; however, accommodation arrangements can be considered for the right applicants in line with project location and requirements. What you will be doing Safely and efficiently operating a variety of construction plant and machinery Carrying out pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and minor repairs on assigned equipment Working collaboratively with Site Supervisor and crews to complete tasks on schedule and to a high standard adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations on site.
