Music Tutor (Clarinet and Saxophone) | Elsternwick Wesley College Melbourne, a school of the Uniting Church, established in 1866, is one of Australia's leading and most respected co-educational independent schools. With an enrolment of 3,400 students from ECLC to Year 12, it comprises three metropolitan campuses in Melbourne, at St Kilda Road, Glen Waverley and Elsternwick, outdoor education sites at Chum Creek, Mallana, Lochend and a Year 9 residential campus at Clunes. The College is very proud to offer a rich and diverse music program and has long been renowned for the excellence of its performances and achievements in this program. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Clarinet and Saxophone Music Tutors. This is a part-time (0.75 FTE) position based at our Elsternwick Campus. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both classical and jazz styles, with the ability to teach students at various levels across Year 5 to 9. Experience in band directing is essential and additional skills in piano would be an advantage. If you are passionate about music education and performance, we encourage you to apply.
