In The NAB Graduate Role, You Will: Complete rotations and gain experience in genuine roles, doing real work. Have opportunities to get involved in enterprise-wide projects, initiatives and resource groups. Create positive social impact via community and customer engagement projects. Gain learning and development opportunities aligned to building critical skills for the future of work. Access NAB’s Career Qualified in Banking Accreditation. Be provided with ongoing coaching, mentoring and exposure to senior leaders. Attend networking events to help you build your profile and organisational connections. Be able to complete a four-week secondment in a business area of your choice. Join a supportive, engaged and connected graduate cohort. Be supported and placed into a permanent opportunity within your Graduate Program stream.
