Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an NDIS Business Client Manager, located in Melbourne Airport, VIC. The NDIS Business Client Manager will be responsible for guiding clients through the NDIS registration process, developing personalised business strategies, supporting participant acquisition efforts, and providing operational training. Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, crafting business plans, delivering training sessions, and offering ongoing mentorship to clients. The role requires a deep understanding of NDIS compliance and effective communication skills to ensure client success and satisfaction.
