This role coordinates, develops and evaluates NDIS engagement strategies in the State Forensic Mental Health Service which directly support NMHS MHPHDS consumers accessing NDIS packages. Facilitates collaborative development opportunities with other peak bodies participating in the NDIS sector, promoting contemporary models of service provision that includes collaboration and partnerships specific to NDIS sector related organisations and agencies.We are looking for suitably qualified, highly motivated and patient oriented individuals with appropriate knowledge and experience to join our amazing State Forensic Mental Health Service team at Graylands Hospital.
