As part of our National Government Funded team, you will be helping our Home Care Package and NDIS customers, their families and their providers. Due to our ongoing growth, we have created a new position for a NDIS Specialist Customer Support to join our team and support the Customer Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic FMCG business and build a strong relationship with all delivery partners. This is a full-time role based at our office in Canning Vale, Perth. In this role, you will: Provide accurate information about how the Lite n' Easy NDIS programs work Assist customers with NDIS quotes and queries Show empathy for people needing support and encouragement Coordinate and implement broad services related to NDIS supports and specialist services for people with a wide range of disabilities Research and manage a range of support options to suit individual needs across multiple service providers within budget Obtain quotes for services and organise service agreements Understanding of NDIS guidelines and processes is essential to provide advice and consultation to participants and their families, and ensure compliance and quality service standards are met Outbound new HCP and NDIS customer referrals General administration including reporting, billing, record keeping and taking client enquiries. To be successful in this role, you will possess: 2-5 years’ demonstrated experience in a support coordination or other relevant experience with transferable skills Strong written and computer skills for the creation of plans, programs, reports, and other documents Strong time management and prioritisation with the ability to problem solve on your feet Ability to work independently using initiative, as well as part of a team to support the best interests of clients High attention to detail Ability to build and maintain effective relationships Be flexible and adaptable to change Able to complete NDIS Worker Orientation Module Able to complete NDIS Worker Screening Check You must be an Australian Citizen or Resident Due to the high volume of applications we receive, it is really important to include a cover letter summarising your suitability and interest in the role.
