About the Role We are seeking a passionate NDIS Marketing Plan Manager who is eager to take ownership and grow the business into a trusted and successful enterprise. You will oversee financial operations, client management, and business development to establish a thriving and sustainable enterprise. Candidate who has experience in support coordinator or allied NDIS related work are preferred and mandatory. Key Responsibilities Source new participants Take ownership of the business and drive growth. Assist participants in understanding their NDIS plans and funding. Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and financial regulations. Liaise with participants, families, and service providers to address inquiries. Provide high-quality customer service and support. Develop business strategies and partnerships for expansion. Skills & Experience This role suits a support coordinator who wants to become an entrepreneur. Strong entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills. Experience in NDIS plan management or support coordinator or other support services (mandatory). Deep understanding of the NDIS framework and funding processes. Excellent attention to detail and financial acumen. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
