Job Description Our Tamworth team is all about collaboration and connection! We love working in our rural community and making a difference in the lives of our participants. No two days are ever the same! You might find us in daycare centres, in schools and homes, and even on outreach trips to Gunnedah and surrounds – we might even bump into you on one of our monthly Wellness Walks down by the river - we love supporting our regional area! You will be putting your exceptional clinical skills to use as you make a difference in the lives of your clients and foster the development of others within the broader team. On a daily basis, you will be: Assessing participants' physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life Working with your Allied Health Manager to engage with and educate key business stakeholders and grow our service We provide a nurturing and supportive environment to help you grow and have some extra perks for you: Part-time position – You can select the days (PPT only, 3 days per week) that work best for you as an individual Excellent remuneration – Industry leading salary + salary packaging + car allowance + laptop + smartphone + purchased leave + bonus opportunities.
