The Role This is a high energy role designed to ignite our NDIS growth and position us in the market as a high-quality complex support provider. You’ll build relationships externally with key partners, establishing new referral pathways for us to engage clients and be the bridge between our clients, partners and internal teams to ensure tailored high-quality support. In this role you will be pivotal within our NDIS team, helping to guide our delivery teams to ensure an exceptional client experience and service delivery. We are open to this role being full-time or part-time role. Key Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate partnerships with specialist support coordinators, hospitals, community hubs, and more. Coordinate and oversee day to day service operations ensuring exceptional client outcomes. Participate in community engagement events to promote our organisation. Be the visionary who inspires and motivates the team with innovative lead generation ideas. Work in partnership with the operations teams including, rostering and business support teams to support the Customer Experience and Service Delivery. Key Requirements: Experience in networking and engaging with key partners and establishing a pipeline of new clients. Experience delivering high complex support to NDIS participants. Strong interpersonal skills and a natural relationship builder—comfortable reaching out and connecting with new people. Experience developing professional relationships that lead to business growth through new clients. A deep passion for community care and support with a commitment to meaningful, purpose-driven work. Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to inspire trust. A genuine desire and willingness to collaborate with internal teams to achieve the best client outcomes. Why Join Us?
