Job Description
We are seeking an experienced NDIS SIL/SDA Houses Manager to support NDIS participants who are supported by a reputable and values orientated registered NDIS provider.The Houses Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective day to day management of each of the houses including the environment and support across all aspects of daily living (personal care, cleaning, laundry, meals & shopping).Experience in a similar role is essential to ensure that the supports delivered reflect the choices of each person living in the houses, promotes the health and wellbeing of each person and that the house, and the supports delivered, remain safe & compliant with NDIS provider registration requirements.Requirements Requirements 2+ years recent experience working as a NDIS registered provider disability accommodation services manager and a clinical or nursing background will be highly regarded.Extensive knowledge of NDIS (including SDA & SIL) services, supports & frameworks.Strong people management skills and an innovative problem-solver who is able to generate action and lead teams to greatness.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest levels of safety & high-quality supports.Great communication (written & spoken) & relationship skills combined with the interpersonal skills required to work with multiple & diverse stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
