About the role: As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a NDIS Sales Support Administrator to join our Sales Support Team full time. This role is clerical and administrative in nature. You will be supported and working under the Sales Support Supervisor to provide administrative support to our sales and business development team. Your new role will include but is not limited to: Match & Process NDIS Approvals. Liaising with NDIS Support Coordinators & Plan Managers. Monitor Online Web Chat. Ad Hoc and Administration duties as required. What we’re looking for: Ability to work autonomously. A motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Great time-management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload. NDIS Workers Screening Check is required or will need to be obtained to commence the role. Good knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
