As our Rundle Mall Flagship Store Manager, your role involves: Whilst every day will be different, your key responsibilities will include: Driving sales on the shop floor. Leading and managing a dynamic team to deliver amazing customer service. Ensuring the Sportsgirl brand standards are upheld in our amazing new store. Monitoring store performance and identifying opportunities to optimise sales results. Enhancing customer experience with friendly and attentive service, strong product knowledge and up-to-date styling advice. Creating an environment of trust, confidence, and respect in-store whilst also inspiring, coaching, and supporting the growth of the team members. Managing new stock deliveries and curating the store's visual merchandising. Handling all administrative tasks for your store, including payroll, banking, and efficient rostering.
