You should be a top tier lawyer with experience in asset finance – possibly from a construction or projects perspective (secured financing, equipment leasing and/or capital markets experience). You will be representing underwriters, lenders, lessors, and governmental agencies in a wide variety of asset finance transactions, including portfolio securitizations, acquisition financing, leveraged leasing, EETC transactions, secured lending, structured financing and credit enhancements.
