NPD Project Manager (Amenity Bags, Kids Toys, Skin Care) Buzz is a global product design company that creates signature moments for travel. WHAT IS THE ROLE You will be responsible for project managing the new product development lifecycle for our range of products, including amenity bags, kids toys, service ware, and skincare. This includes scheduling, running, and coordinating all project team meetings and rigidly following our internal project management methodology “The Buzz Way.” You’ll stay across all project deadlines, keeping people on schedule and escalating risks and issues to ensure quality product samples and tender documents/presentations are delivered on time and to Buzz standards. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? The ideal candidate will possess the following essential skills and attributes: Prior experience managing complex projects in consumer products such as bags, toys, and service ware. Formal project management qualifications and experience using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar). Proven experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and drive successful outcomes. Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and streamline processes to achieve optimal outcomes. Experience preparing tender documents would be advantageous but not essential.
