About the role: This is a potentially unskilled role requirement with an established Company for added job security. IBA requires a Hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team to help with the demand for both the service and supply of Forklift Batteries and Chargers from our Head Office Wetherill Park premises. No specific trade skills are necessary, with all training internally supplied to the successful applicant. Experience with manual labour is a must. The applicant must have and adhere to the following points: A current and valid manual driver's license. (Truck license is an advantage). Positive and "can do" attitude. Be able to follow instructions. Be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. Great verbal and written communication. Good customer service skills. Be a well-presented team player. A valid Forklift Licence is a must for this Position.Some of Job specifics are detailed in the attached video, these will include Stock Management, Transport, the stripping of Batteries, remediating and painting steel battery trays, building batteries, fitting accessories, overseeing Quality Control of product and other unspecified works that will ensure the job is not one-dimensional. The work is interesting and fulfilling, with all Employees trained in-house and appropriately.
